March Class Schedule

Wow! March already! I sure hope you are right on track to reaching your fitness goals! For those of you who haven’t started it’s not too late. We can get you started on a quick fit program designed to shock and drop that stubborn fat in no time. If you have time, please drop in on one of my BOOT CAMPS. I guarantee you won’t be disappointed! Its easily a 500 calorie burn. Alright! Lets get this month going! Here’s the new MARCH Class Schedule. I’ll see you in the gym. ABEL

MONDAY

4:30- 5:00pm MINI-BOOT CAMP ( a 30 minute total body workout for those who have a busy schedule but need a great workout in a short time)

6:00- 7:00 p.m. BOOT CAMP ( a 55 minute Total Body blast! lift and tone those glutes and flatten your tummy workout)

7:00 p.m. YOGA

TUESDAY

7:00 p.m. ZUMBA

WEDNESDAY

4:30-5:00 p.m Mini Boot Camp

6:00- 7:00 p.m. Boot Camp

THURSDAY

4:30 – 5:00p.m. Butt and Gut Toning ( $10 Drop in ) 30 minutes of toning and sculpting your buns and abs!
