Getting What You Want

      Far too often people complain about were they are in there lives. They’re not happy with their bodies or what their doing in life. Well I’m here to say that we are every bit responsible for where we are in our lives today. Respectfully, there are only so many things that are out of our control right. But, you still have the ability to choose. You can choose to get up and work out. You can choose to follow your dreams and create reality or you can choose to do nothing and stay the same. You see, I’ve learned when people say these things about themselves it’s not that they don’t have what it takes to succeed. I find that they just didn’t want it bad enough. They didn’t want to change there body or job or career bad enough to take the actions needed to get there. Though some may take the actions needed they fall short only to fall back to their old habits. I’m here to tell you that you can do it. Put in your mind into what you want. See it as if your already living in the life that your dreaming of having. Act, Feel and experience the excitement and engage with your life with high positive energy. You have to go there in the mind before you can go there in the body. When you want change be specific about what it is you want to change. Be exact on what it is you want… write it down and put it somewhere you can see it every day. Tell your closes friends or message me and i’ll help you stay accountable. I hope I’ve encouraged you to revisit your goals and if you don’t have any goals than lets set some asap. Be precise in what it is you want. Don’t be afraid to reach out and ask for help. Surround yourself with positive, high energy people and you’ll soon see yourself living your life rather than dreaming of it. Till next time, stay fit and focused.
